How it works

Four steps, no surprises

Tell me the shape of it

City, date, roughly how many, and what the occasion is. Two lines is enough to start.

You get a menu, not a quote

Within three days: a proposed menu built for your setting, with the drinks tagged, and the number attached.

We change things

Allergies, preferences, someone who hates figs. The menu adjusts until it's right, then it's locked a week out.

It arrives, styled

Set up on site, printed cards on the table, bottles on ice, flowers in glass jars. You host; the table looks after itself.

Before you ask

Six questions
Is everything really sugar, dairy and gluten free?

Refined sugar, yes — always, across every menu. Dairy and gluten are the default and can be made absolute on request; a few items use yoghurt or labneh because they're the point of the dish, and those are always labelled. Tell me what you need and the menu is built around it rather than apologising for it.

Will people be able to tell?

No, and that's the bit that matters. The food is abundant, generous and Lebanese at heart. Nobody arrives at a long table piled with sourdough, figs, labneh and berries and thinks they're being made to eat healthily.

How much notice do you need?

Two weeks for a brunch, three if you want branded bottling with your own labels or a printed menu designed for the occasion. Short notice is sometimes possible — ask.

Do you travel between Beirut and Dubai?

Both cities are home. Dates in either are booked directly through the form above; anywhere else, ask and we'll work out whether it's realistic.

Can I just order the drinks?

Yes. The carrot juice, matcha, iced latte and chia jars can be bottled and delivered for an event without full catering — select "just the drinks" above.

What about severe allergies?

Everything is prepared in a kitchen that handles nuts. If someone at your table has a severe allergy, don't rely on the form — message directly and we'll talk through exactly what's safe, or agree that this isn't the right booking. That answer is always available and never awkward.
